Brian holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. He qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2024.
Before joining the firm, Brian trained in both corporate and litigation practice areas, gaining experience in a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
His experience in contentious matters includes assisting in disputes involving intellectual property and breach of confidence, company law, insolvency and restructuring, as well as tortious claims such as fraud and conspiracy.
On the non-contentious front, Brian has assisted in drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, including share purchase agreements and data protection policies. He has also supported advisory work for local and international clients on their rights and obligations, conducted due diligence exercises, and prepared memoranda on the viability of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
