Charmaine’s practice includes handling litigation, criminal, international arbitration, mediation and corporate matters. Her experience in dispute resolution ranges across a wide variety of matters, such as employment issues, investment disputes, defamation, commercial disputes, and criminal matters. Charmaine has also successfully argued matters as lead counsel in hearings and trials before the State Courts and the High Court of Singapore.
Charmaine also has experience in advising local and international clients for their corporate needs.
Charmaine is currently serving her second term as the Programmes Chairperson of the Singapore Business and Professional Women’s Association (SBPWA). As part of a larger International Federation of Business and Professional Women, SBPWA is a not-for-profit organisation that focuses on developing and promoting the professional and business potential of women through projects organised locally and its global networks.
